During the time that Paul lived on his narrowboat floating around the Inland Waterways of Britain, he spent a few glorious days on the picturesque Caldon Canal and this is a scene from that trip. This painting was filmed from start to finish and features in two episodes of the ‘Waterworld’ T.V. series. Paul’s ability to capture atmospheric landscapes on canvas is something that he has become renowned for and this piece provides the viewer with a glimpse into the tranquillity of life on the water.
