‘Further Afield’ is a scene from Charnwood Forest in Leicestershire close to where Paul grew up. More specifically it is a field in the ‘Buck Hill’ area opposite the ‘Out Woods’. During his early to mid twenties Paul spent a lot of time walking in this beautiful area taking photographs and gaining inspiration for his detailed atmospheric landscapes.
